Company Information

Enter your business details once so they appear consistently across invoices, emails, hosted pages, and client-facing documents.

Where to Configure It

Section titled “Where to Configure It”

Configuration → Settings → SYSTEM

Section titled “Company Logo”

Upload the logo assets FOSSBilling should use across the interface:

  • Light mode logo — Primary logo for light backgrounds
  • Dark mode logo — Alternate logo for dark backgrounds, if your theme needs one

Best Practices

Section titled “Best Practices”
  • Store logos in your theme's assets/ folder
  • Use SVG for crisp display at any size
  • Keep file sizes reasonable (< 500KB)

Logo Not Showing?

Section titled “Logo Not Showing?”
  1. Clear FOSSBilling cache: System → Tools → Clear cache
  2. Clear your browser cache
  3. Check the file path is correct

Other Company Details

Configure the rest of your business profile in the same area:

Email Signature

Set the default signature appended to system emails:

This signature appears at the bottom of most automated emails. You can still override it in individual templates.
